Each programme is based on a full fitness assessment and a shared understanding of your fitness, mind and body objectives.

I can help you to focus on results and therefore prevent wasting valuable time in doing inefficient workouts. As a personal trainer, I will plan how you will achieve maximum results in minimum time.

I can provide structure, motivation and support in achieving your goals via an easy to maintain regime.

 

Improve technical skills
I can help you to improve your skill by showing you new training techniques specific to your goals. I may incorporate skills training into your program, improving not only your strength and endurance, but agility and mental focus too.

Exercise Beginner
I will introduce you to a very simple, effective routine and build on it efficiently, offering advice on lifestyle, nutrition and other areas for development. I will try to encourage and motivate you, without scaring you into submission!

Breaking the Plateaux
Some clients are already in decent shape, but have been so for years, unable to take it to the next level. If you are stuck in the same routine and want to break out of the rut, a personal trainer is the perfect solution. I will push you to new levels and take you out of a plateaux.

Nutrition advice
The key to sustainable success and achieving your goals comes with following a nutritious lifestyle that does not make you feel like you are on a ‘diet’. The clients who have achieved the most sustainable results with me are those who develop a ‘healthy’ and nutritious eating lifestyle alongside their training.

One to one Personal training is chargeable at £28.00 per hourly session. A forty-five-minute option is available for £22.00.

Any pre-paid booking for ten sessions gets an eleventh session free of charge.
